Tracy Armstrong

Tracy is the managing director of Armstrong Fenton Associates, with over 15 years planning experience.  Having been an Associate with Fenton Associates, she has worked on a wide range of projects with an excellent track record of delivering planning permissions for a variety of project types.  Her main area of expertise is managing large scale planning application projects, guiding schemes from inception through the development plan and application process to grant of permission and post planning advice.

Tracy graduated from UCD with a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning in 2004 and also holds a Diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment & Strategic Environmental Assessment Management from UCD.

Tracy is a Corporate Member of the Irish Planning Institute and Royal Town Planning Institute.
