Located within the Hansfield Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), we have been involved with the master planning of over 1,200 dwellings, including lower density housing on the peripheral areas of the SDZ, and high density apartments near the Hansfield Train Station. We implemented sequence of 9 phases of houses and apartments totalling over 1,200 units of varying typologies for social, affordable and market sales.
This large site is located in West Dublin and is part of an overall development plan for the greater area adjacent to the north side of Hansfield train station.
