Developed as part of an overall masterplan for the local area, the proposal is for a significant development of apartments over ground floor commercial spaces and crèche, laid out in four multi-cored linear blocks with south facing landscaped courtyards between each. The blocks are punctuated with height at the north ends of each, marking the corner and allow views back over the nearby Santry Park.
Currently occupied by a builders’ providers, this industrial site sits at a prominent location on the junction of the two busy arterial roads into the city.
