Citywest Village

Bringing a new, urban, village to Citywest, adjacent to the world class Citywest Business Campus. Planning permission is in place for over 600 new dwellings that have been master planned as part of Citywest's overall development, ensuring that all the components of a working living village are in place. The vision for Citywest Village is to create an urban village, comprised of streets that are made up of well built, high quality homes, a place where you know your neighbours and a layout that provides for connectivity to the surrounding environs.  The concept for this development has been based on the traditional and successful approach of inner urban villages such as Sandymount and Ranelagh, the red brick inner suburbs which have been successful due to their legibility, cohesiveness and connectivity. Now bringing the same standard and quality to Citywest Village, the scene is set for this new community to flourish. Tracy Armstrong was the lead planning consultant for the Citywest Village project.
